The design of the first Institutional Building of the Technological Park of Belo Horizonte – BHTec – aims the definition of a standard for the park considering its ambiental, spacial and constructive qualities. Thus, the building was designed in accordance to the following premises: construction in phases planned over time; adoption of industrialized building systems and materials; open public spaces integrated into the natural and built landscape; multiple possibilities of occupation of the building; environmental efficiency 4and the prioritization of universal accessibility.
