The starting point for this project is the redrawing of the ground, which allows the service spaces to be placed on a level lower than that of the street and therefore reduce their visual presence. In the redrawing, a front and gardened slope is created. It solves part of the structure and the contact of the building with the terrain.
The program of a single-family house is sheltered by two volumes articulated around a central gardened space. These volumes create the distinction between the living and intimate areas, and are organized on two split levels, so as to allow the vertical circulation to be made through ramps. Beside the central patio, the coverage is also proposed as a leisure space recreating in height the ground space occupied by the house itself.
