The house is organized around the inner courtyard where the swimming pool is located. All social spaces face the courtyard and explore the view of the city through exposed concrete louvres that increase the privacy of the terrace by preventing diagonal views from the street and the condominium club. The individual spaces, on the other hand, relate to the side garden in the ways of an internal courtyard that expands your privacy.
All services are located on the lower level, next to the social entrance and the garage, taking advantage of the variation in topography in order to highlight the pure elevated prism that configures the main floor of the residence.
