KS House

The desire for privacy and the consideration of local conditions guided the project of this residence, closed out, but open to a triple height internal space for the purpose of establishing spatial variety, wide ventilation and climate comfort. The residence develops in three floors: at a semi buried underground, are the garage and ateliers; at the ground level (semi elevated), the social and social areas; and at upper levels intimate areas. The differentiated arrangement of the bricks establishes small openings in the facade that allows the illumination and ventilation of the internal spaces. To ensure greater thermal comfort a permanent ventilation strip was created in the upper part of the house, in addition to windows next to the floor, providing the Venturi effect.
