The premises to realize this project were: The site valorization: the relevance of the surroundings and the woods. The topography and the trees preservation. The house construction in pilotis in order to create a garden and a square under the building, saving the view for the house’s main rooms. The creation of an ample elevated area, higher than the site, to keep the house’s main rooms: living, dining, kitchen, court, bedrooms and bathrooms; living the inferior level with service and leisure areas.
