The house is defined by three main elements: the first double-height transparent element defines the collective spaces of the house; the second concentrates the service areas, closed and laterally organized along the social areas; the third, an elevated box facing the street and the backyard, evolves the intimate spaces, assuring its privacy in relation to the street level. The predominant frontal and rear openings allow an independence from the immediate neighbours, and open the house for the sun in east and west façades, desirable as it is located in a high region with a tempered climate.
