This proposal is based on the following issues:
- Careful consideration about the place where it will be inserted, understood in its full importance as environmental and cultural heritage.
- The adoption of architectural principles that generate maximum flexibility in new areas, increasing the possibilities of its use in the present and expanding its life in the future;
- The option to mark the importance of the Environment Museum, through contemporary language inserting itself dialectically in the historical, architectural and landscape context besides being a symbol and a clear new stage of the Botanical Garden;
- The choice of structural systems and industrialized construction for its ability to reduce immediate environmental impacts with lasting benefits.
