The urban design of the S\u00e3o Vicente Ferrer Square has as a starting point the main existing elements \u2013 the perimetral trees, the Church, and the linearity of the two small squares behind it \u2013 in order to define the main interventions that structure the it: the axis that recovers the importance of the atrium of the church; the round dry space for events in a central area of the square; platforms under the trees, improving the use of the areas under the tree canopy while redesigning its topography; and the ‘rambla’ as a pedestrian walkway articulating the longitudinal squares [not built] and the main space.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
